Counselling & Therapeutic Support
It is a space to go to the places that matter — with honesty, compassion, and someone walking alongside you every step of the way.
Have you noticed yourself repeating patterns that are hard to change, even when part of you wants something different?
What if these parts of you are not broken — but protective?
So much of what we call coping began as adaptation — a nervous system trying to keep you safe.
In stillness, we become aware. In awareness, we begin to transform.

the process of becoming.
About
For over eight years, I've walked alongside people through some of the most tender chapters of their lives — across Sydney, Hong Kong, and Thailand, with people from vastly different backgrounds and worldviews. Much of that time was inside a non-profit supporting adolescents navigating mental health, trauma, and substance dependence — work that reshaped how I understand resilience and what it means to be human.
This space is open to everyone, though I hold a particular passion for women's empowerment and trauma survivors. Neurodivergent people, LGBTQIA+ community members, and anyone who's felt too much or too different are wholeheartedly welcome — I say that as someone who knows that experience from the inside. I also work with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and BPD, and I'm always transparent when further specialist support is needed.
My approach is person-centred — you already hold the answers within you, and my role is to walk alongside you as you find your own truth. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassionate Inquiry, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and CBT, adapting to what feels most useful for you. No single approach fits every person or moment.
I don't see trauma, addiction, or compulsive patterns as weakness — I see them as intelligent adaptations, the ways a nervous system learned to survive. Together, we meet those parts with curiosity and compassion.
Still Becoming was born from a lifelong fascination with what makes us human, and the courage it takes to turn that curiosity inward. I still do my own work — because I believe you cannot hold a clear mirror for someone else without being willing to look into one yourself. Healing is rarely linear; it happens in layers, in quiet moments — and it can begin exactly here.
Still becoming, always.
Hi, I'm Fabi.
Before I'm a counsellor, facilitator, or practitioner, I'm simply a human being navigating life like everyone else.
Like many of the people I work with, I've experienced grief, uncertainty, change, and self-doubt. Those experiences have taught me that healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming home to yourself and reconnecting with the parts of you that may have been lost along the way.
Outside of my work, you'll usually find me near the ocean, walking a coastal track, at the gym, watching a sunset, or finding any excuse to spend time in nature. I value meaningful conversations, genuine connection, and the simple moments that often get lost in the rush of everyday life.
While compassion sits at the heart of my practice, I'm not a counsellor who simply sits back and nods. I'll listen deeply, hold space for the hard stuff, and gently challenge you when I notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I don't have all the answers, and I don't believe anyone does. What I can offer is my full presence — a space held gently, without hurry or judgment, where you can show up exactly as you are.
Because none of us have it all figured out.
We're all still becoming.
